3 Tips To Stop Premature Ejaculation

I know most men don't like to talk about premature ejaculation since many of us are ashamed if we cannot last long enough in bed.

But there is no reason to be ashamed of it at all and I'll talk quite openly here. This "problem" is very common among men.

As long as I remember I have been suffering from premature ejaculation (also called PE) and several years ago I decided to do my own research and bring this to an end. I have found out that the cause for PE in many cases is of psychological nature.

While we have become so used to this way of life we don't realize that we permanently live in stress. This has an immediate effect on our love life as well! Instead of relaxing and taking the time with our partner we "rush" having sexual intercourse with her and then rush to ejaculate quickly as well as a consequence. Now don't get me wrong, most men don't do this consciously but totally unconsciously without realizing it cause the stress has "slipped" into our subconscious mind.

Here are 3 quick tips to overcome premature ejaculation which have helped me personally:

1. Relax!

Yes, learn to relax again! This is so vital to your love life. If you have difficulties relaxing buy some meditation or soothing sounds on CD and listen to it for half an hour prior to getting intimate with your wife or girlfriend. The key point here is to get all the "stress" out of your mind, to get a clear mind for your partner.

With relaxing you'll want to take time with your partner. Enjoy it! Take plenty of time for you and your partner. Forget appointments, phone calls (shut it off for 2 hours!) or anything else which would distract your focus from your partner. When you feel that you have all the time in the world you won't rush with the intercourse and also won't tend to rush to ejaculate so quickly as well. It's all in your mind!

2. Different positions in bed

There are so many different positions you can try out with your partner. You will be quite surprised how sex can be different in different positions. You will experience that with some positions you will be able to last longer while others again might cause you to come quicker.

3. Kegel excercises

Kegel excercises are considered to be a very good way to stop premature ejaculation although it can take up to 4 weeks to show an effect. The benefit though is that the effect is permanent and you will develop full control over when you want to ejaculate.

This guide has helped me to stop my premature ejaculation problem once and for all. It has transformed me from a "one-minute-man" to a several hours lover. Since then my wife is even more satisfied and our love life has received a real kick!
